BOOKING:

▪ Available on weekends, subject to availability

▪ To secure your date and time, full payment (100%) is required in advance

▪ Guests may arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time

▪ Early arrivals must wait outside the premises

▪ If you exceed the reserved time, an additional fee will be charged proportionally, provided the space is not already booked

CANCELLATION POLICY:

▪ You may cancel free of charge up to 7 calendar days before your event

▪ If you cancel after this period, 50% of the booking fee will be charged

What sports equipment is included?

▪ The field comes with 5-a-side football goals

What should I wear?

▪ We recommend wearing comfortable sports clothing

What kind of shoes should I wear?

▪ Our pitch has artificial grass

▪ We suggest multi-stud football boots or suitable sports shoes

▪ We do not use rubber pellets for environmental reasons; we use silica sand instead

Can I leave the children alone or do parents need to be present?

▪ If you hire a sports monitor, they will manage the activity on the field

▪ Otherwise, children must be supervised by parents at all times
