PRICES:

§  1 hour: €150 includes exclusivity of the field and bar.

§  Sports instructor: €50/hour (Mandatory for children of 15 or more)

CATERING:

• Drinks and food available at our ATHLETIC BCN bar.
• Drinks must be purchased at our bar.
• Optional catering service.

DECORATION AND CAKE:

• Let us help you customize the decorations and cake to make your party even more special.
• Check our prices.

BOOKING:

• Available on weekends, subject to availability in our calendar.
• To secure your date and time, we require a 100% advance payment of the agreed price.
• Guests may arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• If you arrive before the scheduled time you will have to wait outside the premises.
• In the event of exceeding the contracted time, the proportional part must be paid, as long as the space is not reserved.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• You can cancel free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the date of your event.
• If cancellation is made after this period, a charge of 50% of the reservation will be applied.

What sports equipment is included?

• Includes balls and bibs.
• The field is delivered with a 5-a-side football goal.

What clothes should I wear?

• We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear.

What type of footwear should I wear?

• Our field has artificial grass.
• We suggest multi-studded football boots or appropriate sports shoes.
• We do not use rubber granules in artificial grass for environmental reasons, we use silica sand instead.

Can I leave the children alone or do parents have to be present?

• If you hire a sports instructor, he will be in charge of the activities on the field.
• Otherwise, children must be supervised by parents at all times for their safety.
