He holds a degree in Physical Education, specializing in strength development, and has a solid track record as a former soccer player, having begun his career in the youth categories of Nacional de Montevideo and continued in the U19 honor division in Stockholm, Sweden. He is also certified as a referee by the Swedish Football Association. As the founder of **Athletic Bcn**, a specialized training center for soccer players, Acevedo has designed development programs that combine physical and technical training with a comprehensive approach based on values and personal growth. His deep knowledge of soccer, along with his extensive network of contacts, has allowed **Athletic Bcn** to position itself as a benchmark in soccer training. Acevedo's leadership and innovative vision have been instrumental in the creation of training methodologies that seek to maximize the performance and development of each athlete.

    Juan J. Balsells Stanghellini is a Physical Educator, born in Argentina and living in Spain. With more than a decade of experience as a physical trainer, Juan stands out for his dedication and his constant search for new knowledge in the sports field. Currently, he works as Sport Manager at Athletic Bcn and as physical trainer of the first men's team of FCB field hockey, as well as at Aniquiladores FC of the Kings League. His commitment to sport and the development of athletes is evident in each of his projects.

    Silvia Ferrer García, known as “Chivi”, is a UEFA B licensed coach in football and beach football. She is also a movement science technician and Teqball coach. Later, she specialised in the technical methodology for the individual development of footballers. Born in Spain, Chivi has more than 10 years of experience in the formation of football teams and in the personalised training of players. Always aiming to improve and become a more complete coach, she has taken Coaching and Nutrition courses to expand her knowledge. Her main virtues include her analytical capacity, her constant desire to learn and her creativity in finding innovative ways to improve training in all its aspects. Currently, she holds the position of Sport Manager at Athletic BCN and is the coach of the Catalan beach football team. In addition, she competes internationally for Spain in Teqball and beach football, and plays football in the Queen's League. Chivi is a specialist in the sports field and passionate about sport, always looking for new ways to innovate in training to maximise the potential of footballers.

    Toni Chinchilla Cangas, 21 years old, is a UEFA B level coach specialized in football who, despite his youth, has been working with footballers for 8 years, both in teams and in personal training. In addition, he has participated in volunteering related to sport, living an experience in Ethiopia, Africa, contributing knowledge and training young people altruistically. One step away from being a Primary Education teacher, specialized in Physical Education, at the University of Barcelona, ​​he has dealt with many people and has developed a great capacity for managing groups and individuals, knowing how to adapt to the needs of each one and looking for their strengths at all times. He loves physical activity and is an active person, sports are his great passion, as well as being with his family and friends, and good music.

Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working in lower categories, where he has been able to contribute to the development of young talents in sport. With more than 10 years of experience in physical and sports conditioning, he specializes in training both men's and women's teams. His approach is centered on designing personalized training programs that not only enhance the performance of athletes, but also prioritize injury prevention. He firmly believes in the importance of balanced training that promotes comprehensive physical development, helping each athlete reach their full potential.

    Throughout his career, he gained experience at clubs in Argentina and Spain, allowing him to experience firsthand the demands of high performance, understand the dynamics of the locker room, and appreciate the importance of physical, mental, and personal work in a footballer's development.

    After his time as a player, Martín focused on physical preparation and sports scouting, combining his experience on the field with an analytical and educational approach, focused on detecting talent and optimizing individual and collective performance.
